This is a 40-hour programme and is suited to those teaching English to children within the age ranges of 3 to 10 years of age. The course consists of four modules and covers:
a. The history and background of the Montessori approach
b. How young learners acquire language
c. How to successfully teach English as a second or other language to young children
d. Practical ideas and materials for teaching including Phonics
e. Lesson planning
